Start planning your vacation today with a travel advisor who knows Italy inside and out

How it Works:

After contacting us through the FORA Advisor page, we’ll take a few more steps to get to know you, get a feel for what you’re looking for, your budget, etc.

1

What are you looking for?

We’ll start off with a questionnaire about your travel preferences, budget, and more, before moving to a phone call where we’ll really hash out the details of what you want your trip to look like.

2

Building an itinerary

Once we know what kind of travel experience you’re looking for, we’ll begin curating a customized itinerary, complete with hotel and restaurant recommendations, things to do and see, how to get around, etc.

3

Book and go!

When your itinerary is finalized and OK’ed by you, we’ll book your hotels, make restaurant reservations, book a car or driver, sign you up for guided yours—whatever you’ve chosen to do on your trip, we can assist with!

“Many consumers don’t realize the value of booking through a travel agent; you get the best price, freebies, upgrades and added expertise. […] We’re in the midst of a revolution that’s all about flexibility with everything from your day-to-day job, to business and leisure travel and more.”

What does this cost me?

As a Fora Travel Advisor, we receive commissions from the hotels and resorts that we book for you at no additional cost to you. And we’ll always make sure you’re getting the best available rate for your stay. (Because airlines rarely offer that option, Fora advisors charge a ticketing fee of $50 for domestic or $100 for international flights when booking them for you.)

For more complicated, fully customized itineraries, ALL ROADS Travel Planning does charge a planning fee. This will always be transparently presented! Fora advisors often charge a planning fee for these types of detailed itineraries, as the research, planning, and booking takes several hours of work.

For every trip Fora advisors book, we happily share recommendations for restaurants and activities that you can either book yourself, or with the help of the hotel concierge, at no cost to you. We love sharing our knowledge!

If you’d like your Fora advisor to arrange those, the cost of booking tours and restaurant reservations, organizing activities, etc., varies. We start our planning fee at $300 per week of travel, with additional fees based on extra services. The total cost will be determined after your consultation to figure out length of trip, services needed, etc.

What’s the benefit of working with a Travel Advisor?

When booking your trip through a Fora advisor, you’ll benefit from the partnerships we have set up with over 1,400 hotels and travel providers around the world, including the Virtuoso consortia, Four Seasons and Rosewood.

This means that we’ll often be able to get you complimentary breakfasts, resort and spa credits, free room upgrades and more. And of course, all at the best available rate.

But we also do so much more! Fora’s advisors have put so much time and airline mileage into visiting our partner properties in person, so we know we’re sending you to an amazing destination. We also maintain close relationships with hotel management so you’re treated like a VIP for your entire stay.
